CREATING A CHALLENGE
Our self service back-office system, ProControl, has been developed to enable you to create and manage your entire engagement programme. With role-based users and secure approval processes you'll be able to introduce, update and remove challenges as desired.
A ProEnhance challenge is made up of three parts; the challenge, the behaviour and the reward.
Each element is standalone to enable greater flexibility to apply single behaviours or rewards to multiple challenges.

ProEnhance allows you to select an appropriate reward according to your requirements. The solution includes the option to provide:

- A badge which can be stored against the users’ account
or simply the knowledge that a challenge has been completed!

SHARE
Customers can be actively encouraged to share their achievements, and you will have full control of the content you create to accompany the completion of a challenge. Our self service back-office solution, ProControl, will give you the opportunity to designate text and imagery to accompany the successful completion of a badge.
Each time anything is shared via Social Media, ProEnhance will log it and allow this to be reported on via the reporting suite in ProControl.
You can even reward sharing to further add to the incentives pot.
